For more than 20 years, the Gifford Youth Orchestra — founded by Dr. Crystal Bujol — has nurtured young talent, inspired creativity, and brought unforgettable musical experiences to our community. We are deeply grateful for the steadfast support that has made this possible.
Today, we’re excited to announce a transformative step forward: we are changing our name to the Gifford Academy for Performing Arts. This new identity reflects our expanded mission and diverse programming, which now extend beyond music to embrace a variety of performing arts disciplines, including voice, dance, and theater.
Our commitment remains the same — to provide exceptional education and performance opportunities while honoring the legacy of our orchestra. This change allows us to reach even more students, engage our community in innovative ways, and open new doors for young performers to learn, grow, and shine.
